Wayne Easley

 

Wayne began to write reviews as a therapy recommended by the VA hospital to allay increasing forgetfulness brought on by disabilities.

Wayne is a retired military officer and a disabled American veteran. During active military service he worked as an operations research system analyst, with most of his tasks in military manpower.

Before serving with the military, Wayne acquired a B.A. degree with majors in English literature and history. During his military career, he was awarded two qualifying certificates in civil engineering, and masters in military science. With the support of the GI bill, Wayne earned a M.A. and Ph.D. at Purdue University. Since leaving the military Wayne has studied the Bible extensively and attended four years of Biblical school.

In addition to military service, Wayne taught at Butler University, The University of Indiana, and the College of Lake County Illinois. Wayne was a member of the faculty at the University of Maryland Graduate School.

Wayne’s primary interests are spiritual. He is a founding member of Spiritual Encounters, a healing ministry of the Catholic Church, and participates in Via Christi, a Lectio Devina scriptural group.
